Bondex 421 is a two-component, Fast Drying, Water Based Epoxy Strong Bonding Primer designed specially for effective bonding of countertops and difficult surfaces (eg. Ceramic tiles, PVC formica, MDF, Metal, etc), It may also be used as a floor primer for epoxy coatings with excellent adhesion to difficult surfaces.
