OT-235-FC is a 2-Component, Fast Curing, Low Viscosity Epoxy Resin, formulated to tackle difficult oily floor situations, can replace the need to use hot compressed air treatment (HCA), it displaces and mixes with oil contaminated surfaces to provide a suitable surface to receive subsequent resin flooring systems.

It is non taint, solvent and phenol free.
